PRICING

Unless otherwise indicated, rental prices shown are daily rates. However, some rented items may be picked up the day before your function and rented the day after, for the one day rate. Inquire with our rental representative. Special weekly or monthly rates will be quoted upon request. All prices subject to change without notice.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A security deposit is required for all rented items. A valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express signed imprint will be accepted to confirm the reservation and act as security deposit during the rental period. Debit cards are not accepted as security deposits.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP, EQUIPMENT SET-UP

Delivery/pick-up is available from Abbott Party Rental. Rates are based on time involved and distance traveled. Delivery will be made to and pick-up will be made from garage or backyard/patio (1st Floor) area only. Delivery will be pre-scheduled for date only, not exact time. We will telephone the customer the week of delivery date to provide an approximate arrival time. Set-up and take down is available at an extra charge. Rental minimum required for delivery. Ask for details!

EQUIPMENT LOSS OR DAMAGE

Lost, broken, chipped or rain damaged equipment will be charged for at the time of return. If the item is repairable, our standard labor and/or parts rate will determine the amount charged. Security deposits will be retained until loss/damage charges are paid.

FOOD SERVICE ITEMS

Food service items are machine washed and packaged by Abbott Party Rental prior to rental. Items must be washed and returned by customer in containers provided. Failure to return clean items will result in cleaning charges. Additionally, customer will be charged for any missing containers.
